Shipping & Returns

International

All items will be shipped from through FedEx. Surcharge applies should you prefer a different courier such as DHL, UPS or TNT. Kindly inform us within 24 hours after the order was made for us to make the necessary changes. Delivery of your order may take 7-10 business days.

All orders will be shipped within two (2) business days from our warehouse. An order confirmation email will be sent as soon as the package has been sent. This contains the delivery information as well as the tracking number.

 
Notice:
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country. Delays may occur due to the procedures on customs clearance.
